Élodie Boisselier and Mathieu Flamand receive FRQS funding

A researcher from the Centre de recherche sur les protéines (PROTEO-Laval) has been awarded a grant as part of the Fonds de recherche du Québec en santé (FRQS) researcher-scholarship program.

Élodie Boisselier can count on senior-level support of $182,250 for her research into new nanotechnologies and platforms for the development of therapeutic and diagnostic tools in ophthalmology.

Mathieu Flamand, meanwhile, will receive $267,401 in the Junior 1 category for his study of the roles of RNA modifications and RNA-binding proteins in synaptic plasticity and neurodegenerative diseases.
