CIHR funding for four PROTEO-Laval research teams

In the latest Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) competition, four PROTEO-Laval teams received funding for their research projects, totalling over $4 million (https://www.cihr-irsc.gc.ca/f/54191.html). These grants highlight the excellence and innovation of our members in their research on proteins applied to health.

  • Nicolas Bisson: Deciphering how oncogenic tyrosine kinase receptors rewire cell signaling networks via SRC-Homology (SH) 3 domain phosphorylation
  • Yannick Doyon: In vivo genome editing for inborn errors of metabolism.
  • Jean-Philippe Lambert: Regulation of BRD2 phosphorylation and Its role in melanoma progression
  • Christian Landry: Genetic dissection of an entire protein interactome at the resolution of individual amino acids.
